Full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs in writing 120 days prior to commencement of a safari. Refund on all pre-paid money will be based on cancellation fees levied by hotels and lodges. Generally there is a 80% charge on cancellation within 60 days, 90% charge within 14 days, and 100% charge within 5 days. We reserve the right to deduct all expenses incurred from money paid. Some services are non-refundable

The right is reserved to alter any route or arrangement, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour should the conditions necessitate. The right is also reserved to decline, accept or retain any member of a tour at any time. Should you fail to join a tour, join it after departure or leave prior to completion; no tour fare refund can be made.

Tuviro Travels reserves the right to modify program itineraries, including arranged sightseeing, and substitute accommodations, including vessels, aircraft and trains, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Tuviro Travels control. Every effort will be made to operate itineraries as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued. All scheduled sightseeing has been confirmed in advance, but venues including wildlife reserves, museums and other points of interest can change their hours of operations at short notice. If this occurs, your guide will offer alternative arrangements
